Cancellation Policy
50% of the total booking price is non-refundable. If you request a refund, we will work with you as best we can to accommodate for each unique situation. A refund may only occur if severe weather prevents the event, and other contingency options have been considered and no alternative schedule dates are available. Customer is responsible to have a contingency plan for emergency situations. TykeTopia LLC alone reserves the right to issue refunds. Customer agrees that the cancelation decision made by TykeTopia LLC is final and cannot be appealed.
